Sports

At Otterbourne C of E Primary School, sport plays a vital role in the life of our school community. We take sports very seriously, striving to nurture a culture of inclusion where every child, regardless of ability, is encouraged to participate and thrive. Whether competing at a high level or simply playing for fun, we aim to provide opportunities for all children who wish to try out and enjoy the benefits of physical activity.

Our dedication to sports has been recognised with the prestigious Platinum Award at the Hampshire Games, reflecting our commitment to excellence and inclusivity in sport. Beyond our school grounds, we are passionate about fostering sporting opportunities within the local community, helping children to stay active and develop valuable skills.

This would not be possible without the incredible support of our parents and staff, whose enthusiasm and dedication enable us to provide a wide range of sporting experiences. Together, we inspire our pupils to embrace the values of teamwork, resilience, and healthy competition, helping them to build confidence and enjoy the many rewards of sport.
