Trust, Respect and Determination - our core Christian values.

Our values are the foundation for all that we do at Otterbourne Church of England Primary School.  They are part of the language of school and our entire school curriculum is built upon them.   Our values are taught through an understanding of The Bible, using references which include:

David and Goliath - "Whoever listens to what is taught will succeed, and whoever trusts The Lord will be happy" (Proverbs 16:20)

The Good Samaritan - "Don't be jealous or proud but be humble and consider others more important than yourselves" (Philippians 2:3)

The Good Shepherd - "I can do all things through him who strengthens me (Philippians 4:13)

Our ‘ten words’ are what we hold to be essential if we are to help our children to become confident citizens, with the skills and understanding needed to navigate the world, whatever it looks like to them as adults.
